Philosophy 9U–12U
Our 9U–12U program is where the game is truly learned. Before a player can compete at higher levels, the fundamentals have to become second nature, and that's the entire focus of this stage.
We teach proper mechanics first, every time. A swing, a throw, footwork in the field, built correctly from the ground up, because habits formed at this age last a career. Alongside it, we develop baseball IQ and character: knowing the situation before the ball is hit, competing hard, respecting the game, and handling both winning and failing the right way. The environment is competitive but positive, because a kid who loves the game keeps showing up to do the work.
We believe every player deserves real training, regardless of where they start. Talent shows up on its own timeline, and no player should fall behind for developing late or lacking early coaching. Standout or still finding their footing, each kid gets a genuine plan and the same commitment to getting better.
The goal is simple, prepare every player for middle school baseball. Not just to make the team, but to step on the field already understanding the game, moving the right way, and used to competing.
