We're built and coached by current and former college coaches, high school coaches, and college/high school/professional players who've competed at the highest levels. But pedigree isn't the point — what we do with it is.
Every player gets a real development plan: talent evaluation, skill work, physical training, and the mental side that most programs skip. Then we get a chance to put it to the test where it matters, in competitive games where we can see how our players are progressing in their own personal journey and if needed make adjustments to their development plans.
No egos. No shortcuts. Just an organization with a primary goal with making each player measurably better and competitively advanced.
We take pride in testing to see where our players are. It gives us the insight needed to know what is needed with each age group to get them better. No matter the age of the player our goal is to help that player play High School varsity baseball. Not by luck but by the player putting in the hard work and taking advantage of all the training opportunities we have to offer.
